The Recovery Officer ensures efficient field operations, improves asset recovery, and enhances debt collection activities while maintaining the safety and effectiveness of recovery personnel. Primary responsibilities include locating, identifying, and securing company assets, conducting debt collection by following up with debtors to recover outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of all recovery activities. The role involves preparing and submitting timely recovery reports to the company, working closely with other recovery team members to ensure successful recovery operations, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The position requires strong negotiation and communication skills, investigation and problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Google Maps and other tracking/navigation tools is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and in the field while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
