Key Stage 2 – Key Stage 4 Teachers - Global Perspectives

We are seeking to recruit teachers in a number of positions. Key Responsibilities: - Curriculum delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards. - Learner assessment: Design and administer assessments that evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth. - Classroom management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment that fosters discipline and collaboration. - Holistic development: Integrate co-curricular activities and values to support learners’ social, emotional, and moral growth. - Parental engagement: Communicate regularly with parents on learner progress, achievements, and areas of improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Teaching Certificate (TEP or equivalent); Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Global Perspectives or related subjects; Strong knowledge of international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB); Excellent communication and classroom management skills; Ability to integrate technology into teaching; Fluency in English; Valid work permit for Kenya (if non-citizen); Experience with student-centered learning approaches.
