• Subject matter expertise in the development of nursing and midwifery training programs. • Specific areas include, but are not limited to: executive education, global health, leadership, and clinical nursing specialisations in oncology, midwifery, mental health, community/public health, and primary health. • Assist with the preparation of curricula, syllabi and course activities. • Assist with the delivery of training for students, faculty and other relevant stakeholders • Assist with grading student assignments and exams on the Canvas Learning management Platform. • Teach classes as assigned by the Centre Chair. • Mentor and guide students through their learning as well as ongoing professional growth • Qualified Registered Nurse/Midwife with an active and valid registration by a recognised National Regulatory Body. • A Nursing and or Midwifery specialisation earned at the level of a Masters’ degree in at least one of the following: Midwifery, Nursing Education, Oncology • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience • Evidence of publication in an indexed journal as the first author. • Evidence of mentoring research and/or quality improvement projects. • Evidence of lifelong learning, preferably enrolment in a doctoral degree program. • Preferable experience working in Rwanda
