Upload Purchase Orders (POs) into the NAV system, ensuring the correct General Ledger (GL) codes are captured. Ensure all POs are processed within 24 hours of receiving invoices. Follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices to ensure timely submission and processing. Capture EFD receipts for previous day billing and perform daily reconciliations. Process credit notes in the EFD system accurately and promptly. Load and process payments in accordance with company procedures. Perform petty cash reconciliations and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Perform any other related duty as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, commerce or any related field 1–3 years of experience in accounts, cashiering, payments, or finance . Experience handling cash, invoices, or payment processing is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills.
