Registrar – Finance

The Registrar – Finance at Pan Africa Christian University (PAC University) will serve as a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic financial planning of the institution. Key responsibilities include managing the university’s financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial reports to the university management and governing bodies. The role involves leading the finance department, implementing financial policies, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to support academic and administrative functions. Additionally, the Registrar – Finance will collaborate with other senior leaders to align financial strategies with the university’s mission and long-term goals. The position requires a strong commitment to Christian values and active participation in a local church.

Active born-again Christian and active member of a local church; Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or a related field; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification; Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya regarding integrity and ethical conduct.
