ERC Masoro Parish is inviting qualified companies to submit bids for labor services related to concrete and reinforced concrete works for the construction of a Daycare, Nursery, and Primary School. The project involves executing all concrete and reinforced concrete works as detailed in the Statement of Requirements. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 3rd, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm to assess the project site and conditions. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete and reinforced concrete structures in accordance with the project specifications and timelines. The work environment will be at the construction site located in Masoro Village, Gasabo District, City of Kigali. The project is part of ERC Masoro Parish's mission to support resilient community development and education infrastructure.

Proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to account No 100001958857 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK-FRW); submission of a mandatory USB flash drive containing the full bid documents; sealed hard-copy submission consisting of one original and one copy of the Technical Proposal and one original and one copy of the Financial Proposal; each proposal must be placed in a separate sealed envelope and enclosed together in one sealed outer envelope; submissions must be delivered to ERC Masoro Parish no later than 11:00 am on August 14th, 2026
