• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining high operational standards across all departments. • Key Responsibilities * Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. • * Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Laundry, and Maintenance. • * Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and hospitality regulations. • Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • * Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel management or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. • * Sound knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and customer service. • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems is an advantage. • * Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
