Business Development Manager (Hospital Experience)

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, develop sales strategies, and contribute to achieving organizational growth objectives. Job descriptions & requirements: - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives. - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends. - Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to improve business performance. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on business development activities. - Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence. - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or a related field Proven experience in business development, within Hospital or Health care industry Strong understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes and health care systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
