Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; Master's degree is preferred; minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Economics; strong knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage students in active learning; familiarity with modern teaching methodologies.
