Job Description
Provide high-quality English language instruction to students at Zoma Museum PLC, fostering both linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding. Develop comprehensive lesson plans that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills. Implement communicative language teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement. Organize English language clubs, debates, and cultural exchange programs. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate English language skills across the curriculum. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and administrators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, or Education; minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English; TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus; proficiency in English and Amharic; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
