The Financial Planning & Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for Lancet General Hospital. This role involves analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The analyst will prepare detailed financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and collaborate with senior management to ensure financial health and sustainability of the hospital. Additionally, the role requires liaising with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities; familiarity with healthcare financial management is a plus.
