Sustainable Supply Manager

This is a unique opportunity to combine business growth with social and environmental impact. Working with global buyers, traders, retailers, agribusinesses, and impact investors, you will develop and deliver solutions that strengthen agricultural supply chains while improving opportunities for smallholder farmers across eastern Africa. Key responsibilities include: developing sustainable coffee and horticulture supply chains; providing technical assistance services for impact investors and blended finance funds; implementing ESG, traceability, and responsible sourcing solutions; and building long-term commercial partnerships with corporates, traders, retailers, and investors. The role requires a proven track record of winning business, generating revenue, and building strategic partnerships, with a focus on agricultural, food, or commodity supply chains.

A proven track record of winning business, generating revenue, and building strategic partnerships; experience in agricultural, food, commodity, or related supply chains; knowledge of ESG, sustainability, traceability, certification, or responsible sourcing; strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; experience engaging with senior decision-makers in corporate, investor, or development finance environments; knowledge of East African agricultural markets; an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to turn opportunities into results.
