Job Description
Join an early-stage venture studio building an AI-powered platform designed to help startups go from idea to launch faster. You'll work on a core internal product before it reaches customers, transforming an MVP into a scalable production platform. This role combines full-stack engineering, AI agent development, and rapid product iteration, offering significant ownership over architecture and product direction. You'll develop and maintain a production-ready web application, design secure authentication and user management workflows, strengthen backend architecture for reliability and scalability, and build AI agents that automate specialized business and growth workflows. The position involves integrating external AI APIs, creating and optimizing prompts and multi-step AI workflows, and shipping new features rapidly during the pre-launch phase. Collaboration with the founding team is central, with evolving requirements and minimal process, requiring independent prioritization and quick delivery of production-ready features.
Requirements
Strong professional experience building full-stack applications using JavaScript and TypeScript; solid backend development expertise; experience with Python for backend services or AI-related functionality; proven experience developing AI agents, AI automations, or agentic workflows including orchestration beyond simple prompt engineering; hands-on experience integrating external AI APIs into production applications; experience building secure web dashboards, authentication systems, and user management workflows; ability to design, evaluate, and improve prompts and AI pipelines using structured testing and benchmarking; comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving product requirements; ability to independently prioritize work and deliver production-ready features quickly; Nice to have: experience building or maintaining MCP servers; familiarity with AI development tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar agent frameworks; experience with go-to-market automation, growth tooling, or marketing technology platforms; experience managing web servers, application deployment, and performance optimization; previous experience as an early-stage or founding engineer.
