Administer medications and perform basic treatments under the guidance of senior staff. Performing various medical procedures within your level. Educating and counseling patients about health care plan and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and prepare reports as per regulations. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of patient’s care. Maintain infectious prevention control (IPC),5S and hygiene management of patient care units. Supervise junior nursing staff and assist in managing duty rosters. Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor. Qualification and Skills Required A Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution. Registration with Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC) is mandatory.
