Production Manager

The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing the hospital's property portfolio, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with external stakeholders such as landlords, contractors, and government agencies. Additionally, the administrator will be tasked with budgeting for property-related expenses and optimizing the use of hospital resources to support operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field; minimum of 3 years of experience in property administration or facility management; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in property management software; knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
