Job Description
This role involves providing behavioral health coaching services to individuals in Rwanda. Primary responsibilities include conducting one-on-one or group coaching sessions to support clients in improving their mental and emotional well-being. The coach will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward behavioral health goals. Work involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining client records, and adhering to ethical standards in behavioral health practice. The position may require familiarity with local cultural contexts and languages spoken in Rwanda, such as Kinyarwanda, English, or French.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health coaching or a similar role; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Kinyarwanda, English, or French; ability to work independently and manage a caseload; familiarity with behavioral health assessment tools and treatment planning; certification in coaching or counseling is a plus.
