• Undertake applied research to inform evidence-based recommendations for law reform; • Design and lead stakeholder engagement and consultation activities relevant to law reform initiatives, and provide technical input and clarification during these processes; • Undertake post-legislative review work focusing on implementation and practical impact of legislation; • Supervise Research Officers and manage delivery of assigned outputs. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate • Bachelor of Arts Degree or related field; • Minimum five (5) years’ post-qualification experience in legal research or policy analysis.; • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal supervisory role, with demonstrated success in managing team performance, workflows, and operational delivery.
