• Market residential and commercial properties • Generate and follow up on sales and rental leads • Conduct property viewings and site visits • Maintain accurate client and sales records • Support social media and marketing campaigns • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and updates • Identify and source new properties to support portfolio growth • Liaise with property owners and internal teams to close deals. • Prepare and present proposals to clients • Conduct market rental survey • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Real Estate or a related field • Maximum of 2 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing • Self-driven with a results oriented mindset • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Valid driving license and driving experience
