Finance and Operations Director

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational strategies of the organization. The Finance and Operations Director will lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and operational policies to ensure the organization's efficiency, compliance, and growth. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred; Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management; Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic leadership; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; Experience in the relevant sector (e.g., development, NGO, corporate) is an advantage.
