Coca-Cola Kwanza, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), is seeking a dedicated Fleets Team Leader to oversee and manage the company's fleet operations in Tanzania. The role involves leading a team responsible for the efficient coordination, maintenance, and operation of the fleet to ensure timely delivery of products across the country. Key responsibilities include fleet planning, route optimization, driver management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fleet management or logistics; strong leadership and team management skills; proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Tanzanian road safety regulations and transport laws; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
