Production Supervisor - 2 Posts

Supervise daily production activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment to ensure safe and efficient achievement of production targets. Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), line clearance protocols, and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures. Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment utilization to maintain high standards. Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel to foster a productive and safe working environment. Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all production documentation. Drive batch reconciliation processes, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health science field; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet manufacturing or formulation and process development; Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality systems; Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an added advantage; Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
