Job Description
The Registered Nurse III will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services at various healthcare facilities within Tharaka Nithi County. This role involves offering nursing care based on the level of care deployed, including guiding and counseling patients, clients, and staff on health issues. The nurse will be tasked with referring patients and clients to appropriate health facilities, coaching and mentoring students on attachment, and organizing health management teams. Additionally, the role includes convening health management committee meetings, collecting and compiling data for research on nursing services issues, and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor. The position requires adherence to professional standards and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
Requirements
Be a Kenyan citizen; Be a holder of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution; Be registered by Nursing Council of Kenya; Possess a valid Practicing License from Nursing Council of Kenya; Must be computer literate
