Financial Controller
Job Description
Responsible for processing and managing all outgoing payments including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other financial obligations. Ensures timely and accurate payments while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Works closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. May assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced accounting environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus; Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles; Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle); Strong knowledge of Excel; Excellent communication and organizational skills.
