The Sales Representative will identify and engage prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and provide clear explanations of policy features, benefits, and exclusions. Daily activities include building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, conducting in-person and virtual sales meetings, and following up on inquiries to close sales and meet targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, handling policy applications and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. The Sales Representative will actively participate in promotional activities, networking events, and ongoing training to stay informed about products and compliance requirements.Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening and empathy.Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages where relevant.Basic proficiency in digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems, with solid organizational and time management skills.Understanding of insurance or financial services concepts is an advantage; prior experience in sales, banking, or insurance is preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating integrity and adherence to ethical standards.Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial. <
