• Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, safety procedures, and customer service standards. • Coordinate cabin crew scheduling activities with Crew Scheduling personnel, including monitoring crew availability, leave planning, manpower requirements, roster adjustments, and operational coverage. • Monitor crew qualifications, recency, training validity, and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring timely corrective actions and maintaining operational readiness. • Coordinate with the Operations Manager and relevant departments to identify training needs and facilitate initial, recurrent, and corrective training programs. • Minimum three years’ experience as Cabin Crew, including experience in a senior or supervisory role. • Valid Cabin Crew, Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP), and First Aid certifications. • Prove experience in Cabin Crew Management, Flight Operations and Aviation Regulatory Compliance Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
