Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

To supervise the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring excellent customer service, high food safety standards, efficient staff performance, and achievement of departmental sales and profitability targets. The role involves managing restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet operations to ensure all outlets are clean, organized, and ready before opening. Coordination with the kitchen is essential to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food. The supervisor will train new employees on hotel service standards and SOPs, welcome and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Additionally, the role includes monitoring food and beverage stock levels, ensuring proper storage and handling, and reporting shortages or damages. Compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations is a critical responsibility, along with monitoring cleanliness of dining areas, bars, kitchens, and equipment. The supervisor will also monitor daily sales performance, encourage upselling techniques, support promotional activities, and prepare daily shift reports. The position requires coordination with multiple departments including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations; At least 1 year in a supervisory role is an added advantage; Leadership and team management; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer service orientation; Conflict resolution and problem-solving; Time management and organization; Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Inventory and stock management; Report writing; Computer literacy (MS Office and POS systems); Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
