Job Description
Support the implementation of Migration, Environment, Climate Change (MECC) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) programs. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, conducting needs assessments, and contributing to policy development. Focus on climate-induced migration and resilience-building initiatives.
Requirements
Master's degree in International Development, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, climate change adaptation, or migration studies. Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills. Experience in Tanzania or the East African region is preferred.
