Verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and permits before declaration. Ensure compliance with customs laws, regulations, and procedures. Coordinate with customs officials regarding cargo clearance. Monitor declaration status and resolve any issues affecting cargo clearance. Maintain accurate records of declarations and supporting documents. Liaise with clients regarding customs requirements and documentation. Ensure timely clearance of cargo to avoid unnecessary delays and penalties. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or Degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Knowledge of customs procedures and declaration systems. Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
