• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents. • Conduct material take-offs and develop project budgets. • Conduct site visits, measurements, assessments, and project evaluations. • Monitor project costs against approved budgets. • Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Track project variations and prepare valuation reports. • Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability. • Prepare weekly and monthly project cost reports. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. • Support project managers with resource planning and cost control. • Prepare tender submissions and contract documentation. • Assist with contract administration. • Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams. • Attend project meetings and professionally represent the company. • Maintain accurate project and cost records.
