Procurement & Logistics Manager

The Procurement & Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement and logistics operations at Joytech Farm near Debre Zeit. Primary duties include researching potential vendors, preparing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) with detailed specifications, quantities, prices, delivery dates, and payment terms. The role involves comparing and evaluating supplier offers, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery, and receiving and inspecting goods/services to verify compliance with PO specifications. The manager will maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices, prepare cost analysis reports, and monitor stock levels to place orders as needed. Regular reporting to the direct manager on procurement activities and performance is required. The position demands strong negotiation skills, critical thinking, and a cost-conscious approach to ensure efficient procurement processes.

B.A. Degree in logistics and supply chain management, management, business management, accounting or related business fields; minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in a similar position; thorough knowledge of spoken and written English (MUST); strong Microsoft Office skills (MUST); strong learning culture and positive attitude; strong negotiation skills; critical thinking; commitment to production; cost consciousness; self-initiator with high degree of self-management; experience in ERP system is preferable; adaptability; communication; attention to detail; problem solving.
