Country Business Analyst

This role is based within the Africa Digital & IT Transformation department. The Country Business Analyst (CBA) is expected to be self-sufficient, effectively managing their workload and priorities in alignment with the needs of the local business. Acting as a liaising and business partner, the CBA will work with cross-functional teams to identify value-add, growth, and improvement opportunities. The role involves building strong working relationships with business functions in-market and across the region, enabling effective and smooth running of the business through Data & Technology. The CBA is responsible for managing business applications, business processes, and supporting users in their day-to-day business operations. This includes coordinating, planning, and leading Digital and Technology-related activities to drive operational efficiency and innovation.

BA/BSc/HND qualification; Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fields; Proficiency in ICT/Computer systems and tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively; Experience in building cross-functional relationships and driving process improvements.
