Cash Consultant/Teller

To attend to any cash-related matters, including walk-in customers and ATM transactions, while forming an accurate assessment and understanding of cash demand. The role involves ensuring compliance with client experience standards and adhering to the bank's laid-down requirements for cash handling and frontline support. Responsibilities include processing transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to individuals, businesses, and corporate clients. The position requires a strong understanding of branch banking operations, including bulk cash management and ATM operations, as well as familiarity with the bank's policies and procedures. The Cash Consultant/Teller will also collaborate with other departments within the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

First Degree qualification required; 1-2 years of experience in branch banking; understanding of the bank's policies and procedures related to telling/frontline support; familiarity with bulk cash and ATM operations; knowledge of legal aspects regarding cash handling; understanding of other departments and their functions within a branch; proficiency in behavioral competencies such as articulating information, examining information, following procedures, managing tasks, understanding people, upholding standards, and technical competencies like banking processes & procedures, customer acceptance & review, customer understanding, processing, and product knowledge.
