Facility Administrator
Job Description
The Facility Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment for patients and staff. Key responsibilities include managing facility maintenance, coordinating with cleaning and security teams, overseeing inventory of medical and non-medical supplies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, handling facility-related budgets, and maintaining records of maintenance activities. Additionally, the Facility Administrator will act as a liaison between the facility and regional management to address any operational challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies: - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Analytical thinking and decision-making - Basic Financial and budgeting skills - Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards - Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities
