• Drive the fulfillment of business targets set for the branch. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand markets share. • Oversee operational and administrative functions for assigned group. • Lead and manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ZAQA certification is a must. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, office equipment and applications • Strong Leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Experience in a Business Supervisory role will be an added advantage • Must have Zambia Qualifications Authority certified copies of academic qualifications.
