Facilitator for Entrepreneurship Capacity Building Training under the WE-Collabo Hub Project

The Facilitator will design and deliver a comprehensive entrepreneurship acceleration program for 30 women-led MSMEs participating in the WE-Collabo Hub Project. Responsibilities include developing a tailored entrepreneurship curriculum, conducting business diagnostics, facilitating interactive training sessions on modules such as financial literacy, digital transformation, business formalization, and gender-responsive growth, providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship, supporting participants in developing business growth plans and investment pitch decks, and documenting lessons learned. The role is home-based in Kigali, Rwanda, and requires a results-oriented approach to strengthen entrepreneurial, business management, digital, leadership, and investment readiness capacities of women entrepreneurs in sectors like agribusiness, climate-smart agriculture, care economy, health technology, creative industries, and digital entrepreneurship.

Master’s degree in a relevant field; 7 years of experience in entrepreneurship development; experience in designing training for women-owned businesses; expertise in business coaching and investment readiness; knowledge of Rwanda's MSME ecosystem; fluency in English and Kinyarwanda; strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills; analytical skills; understanding of gender issues and inclusive collaboration; ability to design and deliver participatory training programmes
