This senior role is responsible for overseeing all operational activities in Sudan, ensuring the effective implementation of programs and projects. The Senior Operations Manager will lead a team to manage logistics, security, compliance, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and donor requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, managing procurement processes, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of humanitarian aid. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to work in high-risk environments while maintaining operational integrity and accountability.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in operations management, preferably within humanitarian or development sectors; advanced degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field; demonstrated experience in managing teams in conflict or post-conflict environments; fluency in English and Arabic; strong project management skills; proficiency in financial management and reporting; ability to work under pressure and in remote locations.
