You are not a ticket-taker; you work on an equal footing with Product Managers to decide what we build. * **Fullstack Stewardship:** You will balance between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript). Most days it is a 50/50 split, but you and your agents are comfortable shifting where the impact is needed most. * **High-Stakes Security:** Since we handle sensitive global compliance data, you own the security of your applications. From integrating best practices to thinking like a pentester, you ensure our platform remains a fortress. * **End-to-End Delivery:** From initial system design to cloud infrastructure and deployment, you and your team own the full lifecycle. ### **⭐**What You Need to Succeed * **Experience:** 3+ years of professional experience. You have enough battle scars to know when code is good and when it is simply hallucinated by an AI. * **Agentic Curiosity:** You are either already using AI agents to accelerate your workflow or are deeply excited to start. * **The Tech Stack:** Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/TypeScript.
