Shop Assistant

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock shelves, and ensure products are well-presented and accessible. Operate cash registers accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions securely. Collaborate with team members to restock inventory, rotate products, and prepare items for display. Assist in maintaining store policies, including health and safety standards, and participate in team meetings to discuss sales targets and customer feedback.

Form 4 education or equivalent; at least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer literacy; proficiency in Swahili and English; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
