• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and associated electrical infrastructure • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults on-site and remotely, escalating warranty issues to manufacturers where required • Monitor system performance data and flag underperformance or anomalies proactively • Coordinate spare parts, tools, and site logistics for maintenance visits • Ensure all work is carried out to Timbuktu’s health, safety, and quality standards • Compile and distribute monthly system performance report cards to clients, in Timbuktu’s standard format • Make regular check-in calls to clients to discuss system performance, address concerns, and schedule visits • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and client communication history • Prepare O&M status updates for internal management reporting • Support contract administration relating to O&M scope, service level agreements, and warranty tracking
