Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategy to drive revenue Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, booking patterns, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies. Ensuring effective communication with all hotel departments to align Sales & Marketing efforts with operational and business goals. Maintain a positive and consistent customer experience throughout every interaction Create and manage annual sales forecasts Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners and multinational organizations to encourage repeat bookings and referrals Identify and secure new corporate accounts across target industries and sectors. Represent the hotel in sales calls, trade events, and exhibitions to generate leads Track customer feedback for ongoing relationship development and address concerns promptly to maintain a positive brand image. Coordinate with reservations team to streamline booking processes for a seamless guest experience. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients catering to diverse preferences Background Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum 2 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to market changes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and travel agents. Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate international clientele.
