Head Sales – FX at Diamond Trust Bank Head Sales – FX DTB Job Purpose Actively market FX Spot, FX forwards, and derivatives to customers and enhance the business turnover along with the desk’s income. To lead and manage the treasury sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality treasury products and services to clients, contributing to the overall financial performance and growth of the Bank. Duties Strategic Planning and Management Develop and implement the treasury sales strategy aligned with the Bank’s overall business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks. Set and achieve sales targets, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s revenue and profitability goals. Sales and Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the treasury market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Provide tailored treasury solutions to clients, including foreign exchange, money market, and derivative products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking and finance, or a related field of study. ACI dealing certificate is required; Professional certificates such as CFA are an added advantage. Work Experience At least seven years as a senior dealer in foreign exchange and/or money markets, with a thorough understanding of the local and international financial services industry, knowledge of foreign exchange markets and trends of major currencies. Personal Attributes Strong service ethic. A structured approach to dealing with complex and variable work environments in an independent manner. Strong evaluation, communication, and reporting skills.
