• Issue, reissue, revalidate, and process refunds for domestic and international airline tickets. • Manage airline reservations, cancellations, itinerary changes, and schedule updates. • Construct fares accurately in line with airline and IATA rules. • Provide clients with professional travel advice on routes, fares, travel requirements, and policies. • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support. • Maintain accurate ticketing, invoicing, reconciliation, and operational records. • Ensure compliance with IATA, BSP, airline, and Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) requirements. • Build strong relationships with clients, airlines, and travel partners. • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Tourism Consultancy, or a related field. • Valid IATA certification is mandatory. • At least 2–3 years’ hands-on experience using Amadeus GDS or a comparable reservation system. • Practical experience in airline ticketing, fare construction, refunds, reissues, and BSP processes. • Good knowledge of airline rules, tariffs, and international travel requirements. • Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. • Strong attention to detail and integrity.
