• Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and renewable energy solutions. • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a 3–6 month sales forecast. • Technical and financial fluency: Comfortable discussing core technical concepts • (system sizing, kWp, inverters, battery storage) credibly with facility managers or • Meet prospective clients through networking, referrals, presentations, calls, and site visits. • Understand clients’ energy needs and recommend the most suitable solar and energy solutions. • Work closely with our Engineering and Commercial teams to prepare winning technical and financial proposals. • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities. • Guide clients through the entire sales journey—from the first meeting to project completion. • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and after-sales support. • Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. • Represent Gratia Energy at exhibitions, industry events, and business networking forums. • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field. • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, electrical, engineering, energy, construction, HVAC, or other technical solution sales.
