Intern - Graphic Design & Communication
Job Description
This internship offers a learning component focused on understanding and applying WFP's communication and branding standards to simple visual supports. The role involves strengthening practical skills in using Canva and other graphic design tools, preparing clear visual materials for HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, learning, and staff engagement. Responsibilities include designing posters, flyers, banners, certificates, and internal announcements; adapting existing templates to brand guidelines; creating PowerPoint presentations and informational materials; and ensuring visual consistency and professionalism in all HR-related documents. The intern will work under supervision, receive feedback, and progressively improve deliverables while gaining firsthand experience in an international, multicultural, and service-oriented environment.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant university program; basic knowledge of Canva and/or graphic design applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word; creativity and attention to detail; ability to work under supervision and integrate feedback; good communication skills in French (English is a plus); teamwork and organizational skills.
