Job Description
The Bank Agronomist will provide technical expertise in agricultural finance, assessing loan applications for agricultural projects, and monitoring the performance of funded projects. Responsibilities include field visits, agronomic assessments, and reporting to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in agricultural finance, agronomy, or rural development. Knowledge of agricultural practices, financial analysis, and project management. Strong communication and fieldwork skills.
