We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Digital Executive Assistant (Graduate Trainee) Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Digital Executive Assistant (Graduate Trainee) who is enthusiastic about technology, digital business, administration, and learning new skills. This is an entry-level training and employment opportunity designed for graduates who want to build practical experience in the digital business and technology space. The successful candidate will work full-time from our office and will provide administrative, executive, digital, and operational support to the management team while undergoing structured on-the-job training. The role will expose the trainee to areas such as digital business operations, website solutions, business automation, client communication, online research, CRM tools, AI tools, and administrative management. Key Responsibilities Provide daily on-site administrative and executive support to management. Conduct online research on businesses, industries, prospects, and digital solutions. Assist in identifying businesses that may benefit from website development and automation solutions. Support client onboarding, follow-ups, and communication. Assist the team in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and business documents.. Assist with CRM updates and tracking of leads, prospects, and client activities. Learn and assist with the use of AI tools, automation platforms, CRM systems, productivity tools, and other digital technologies. Assist with basic digital marketing and online business-development activities where required. Carry out other duties assigned by management as part of the trainee's development. Required skills A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Recent graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in technology, digital business, and entrepreneurship. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
