• Conducts in-depth research and analysis to understand the digital divide across various sectors and communities. • Assists in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation within the ICT sector. • Analyzes data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development. • Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with the Fund &ZICTA’s goals and objectives. • Helps develop strategies that address accessibility, digital literacy, affordability, and diverse content creation. • Supports the Manager in leading and managing innovation projects from conception to completion. • Assists in overseeing the project management of ICT systems development projects using agile methodologies. • Helps implement agile practices to ensure efficient and effective development of ICT systems that support ZICTA goals. • Promotes a culture of innovation and creativity within ZICTA. • Encourages and supports employees in developing and implementing new ideas. • Helps develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives. • General Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Strategy, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and practices are added advantages • Membership of relevant professional body
