• Conduct tree monitoring activities in the field using the CCS mobile data-collection app. • Record tree counts and survival data accurately at each monitoring point. • Ensure monitoring data is linked to the correct farmer and field. • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness across all submissions; flag and correct errors promptly. • Avoid duplicate or incorrect entries • Engage respectfully with farmers and communities encountered during fieldwork, always representing CCS professionally. • Recent graduate degree or Diploma in Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Agroforestry, Natural Resource Management, or a related field • Tree/forest monitoring, field ecology, or environmental data collection • Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate field data recording • Able to work independently in the field, including remote or rural locations • Willingness to learn new applications and technologies.
