TSF Supervisor

Provide on-the-job training to site personnel, where appropriate. Ensure all TSF and related civil infrastructure construction activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the Perseus Tailings Management Standard. Assist the Site Construction Manager and Senior Tailings Specialist in ensuring construction activities are completed within the required project schedule and budget. Liaise with the Perseus Site Construction Manager, Senior Tailings Specialist, Group Tailings and Water Manager, Engineer of Record (EoR), and other consultants as required. Ensure all required Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) activities are carried out and properly documented. Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to safety, environment, health, and community. During the operations phase, ensure all tailings management activities are undertaken in accordance with the Perseus Tailings Management Standard. Assist with day-to-day TSF investigations, studies, design, operational, and construction activities as required.

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science, in a discipline relevant to tailings science, engineering and management (e.g., Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering); experience in tailings management, construction, or related fields; knowledge of safety, environmental, health, and community policies; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders including engineers, managers, and consultants; strong communication and training skills.
