Finance Data Clerk — 2 Posts at Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Finance Data Clerks (2 Position) Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Department: Finance Department Job Summary Data clerk is responsible for transferring and filing documents from current office to new office in an organized manner. Roles and Key Responsibilities Sort and arrange files series of oldest to newest. Arrange and transfer files from current office building to new office building/TEC. Communicating documents which are older than 2010 for trashing after approval. Collect and file all documents which are not filed. File and label all documents in series, maintain a copy of all transaction references. Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner Required Qualifications Secondary education and experience in record keeping.
